YOUR CONTACT PERSON

Doris Schmid was born in Austria where she trained in hotel management at the Hotelfachschule Schloss Klesheim in Salzburg. Upon graduating she spent long periods working in various countries where she acquired first-hand knowledge of the challenges faced by people relocating to foreign countries. After moving to Switzerland she passed the federally accredited examination for "Marketing Planer" at the prestigious SAWI Institute and subsequently became project manager responsible for analyzing customer and employee satisfaction in an American market research company. In her following job with a renowned law-firm she gained important insights into the legal aspects of international relocation. Before establishing schmid relocation and becoming her own boss she worked at management level in a relocation company in Zurich.
